Apple Pay auto-logging

Automatically log every Apple Pay transaction in RemindPay using a Shortcuts automation.

Open the Shortcuts app

The Shortcuts app is built into iOS. Search for it in Spotlight if you can not find it on your Home Screen.

Go to the Automation tab

Tap Automation at the bottom of the screen. This is where you create triggers that run automatically.

Tap + to create a new automation

The plus button opens a list of triggers you can automate. Scroll through to find the Wallet option.

Select Wallet as the trigger

Choose your card and set Run Immediately so the log happens without a confirmation prompt every time you pay.

Tap Next, then search for Bills Keeper

Search for Bills Keeper in the action library and select "Log Apple Pay Payment" as the action to run after each payment.

Tap Done

Every Apple Pay purchase now logs automatically in RemindPay. Make a test payment to confirm it appears in your bill list.

Pro Tip

Use categories in RemindPay to tag your Apple Pay logs (Groceries, Dining, Transport) so your reports stay organised and easy to read.
