License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RemindPay on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App
In-App Purchases
RemindPay offers a one-time, non-consumable lifetime purchase that unlocks the full feature set. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Free Tier
Without a purchase, you can use the following features for free:
- Up to 10 bills
- Up to 5 warranty cards
- Bill reminders and notifications
- Calendar integration
- Apple Watch companion app
- Home screen widgets
Premium — Lifetime (One-Time Purchase)
After purchasing Premium, you unlock:
- Unlimited bills and warranty cards
- Attachments — receipts, invoices, and documents
- iCloud Sync across all your Apple devices
- Custom categories
- Multi-currency support
Restore Purchases
You can restore a previous purchase at any time from within the App without being charged again. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and trademarks in RemindPay are owned by or licensed to Rinto Andrews. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Disclaimer & Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rinto Andrews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
Apple App Store
These Terms are between you and Rinto Andrews only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service, Apple's terms will govern solely with respect to Apple's obligations. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing Law & Changes
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
