This Privacy Policy describes how RemindPay ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use the app. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Data Storage

RemindPay stores all your data locally on your device. If you are a premium user, your data is synced via iCloud to your other Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. We do not operate our own servers and never have access to your data.

Data We Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to any personal data you enter in the app. All your bills, warranties, attachments, and settings remain exclusively on your device (and your personal iCloud if you are a premium user).

The only information we collect is anonymous usage analytics (which screens are visited, which features are used) to help us understand how the app is used and improve it over time. This data cannot identify you personally.

Camera & Photo Library

With your permission, the app can access your camera and photo library to attach receipts or documents to bills and warranties. This data is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

Notifications

With your permission, the app sends local notifications to remind you of upcoming bill due dates. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and no notification content is sent to external servers.

RemindPay offers a one-time, non-consumable lifetime purchase that unlocks the full feature set of the app. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Without a purchase, you can use the following for free:

  • Add up to 10 bills
  • Add up to 5 warranty cards
  • Bill reminders and notifications
  • Calendar integration
  • Apple Watch companion app

After purchasing Premium, you unlock:

  • Unlimited Bills: add as many bills as you need, no cap
  • Unlimited Warranty Cards: store all your product warranties
  • Attachments: attach receipts, invoices, and documents to any bill or warranty
  • iCloud Sync: your data syncs automatically across all your Apple devices
  • Custom Categories: create and manage your own bill categories
  • Multi-Currency: track bills in any currency
Restore Purchases expand_more

If you have already purchased Premium, you can restore your purchase at any time from within the app without being charged again. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.

Refunds expand_more

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.

RemindPay is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
