This Privacy Policy describes how Bills Keeper ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use the app. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Data Storage

Bills Keeper stores all your data locally on your device. If you are a premium user, your data is synced via iCloud to your other Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. We do not operate our own servers and never have access to your data.

Data We Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to any personal data you enter in the app. All your bills, warranties, attachments, and settings remain exclusively on your device (and your personal iCloud if you are a premium user).

The only information we collect is anonymous usage analytics — such as which screens are visited and which features are used — to help us understand how the app is used and improve it over time. This data cannot identify you personally.

Camera and Photo Library

With your permission, the app can access your camera and photo library to attach receipts or documents to bills and warranties. This data is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

Notifications

With your permission, the app sends local notifications to remind you of upcoming bill due dates. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and no notification content is sent to external servers.

Restore Purchases

If you have already purchased Premium, you can restore your purchase at any time from within the app without being charged again. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Children's Privacy

Bills Keeper is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
